Made an order over 3 months ago, never arrived. Ive been chasing up the "support" team for a month now and they just keep giving AI responses and saying "we dont control the postal system check your mail box as the deliver driver wont ring a bell" as if thats not something i check on the daily anyway. Even asking for a refund they have done silent and stopped responding. Abysmal service.
Wish I I could rate you guys zero stars. Absolutely terrible customer service, won’t ever recommend CUCO to anyone again, feel bad that I have been all these years. Still never got my product and received only computerized and vague responses from customer support.
If I could give zero star, I would. I ordered these in January. It is now March 12. I have not received them. I keep getting told that there is a delay with USPS and there is no ETA. At this point, I want my money back. And guess what? They don’t want to refund me.
I made this order on March 9th it’s April 19th. I really wish i could have gotten my order to see how pretty it could have been. Yet I still haven’t received it. When I contact them I was told it could take up to 20 days and if not received by then reach back out to them. Which I was fine with that. It’s been passed the 20 day time frame. It took forever for them to respond afterwards. When they did the only thing they’ll tell me is wait a bit longer, it’s been shipped, or usps is on strike. When I inquired about a refund they say “Due to custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds”. So pretty much wait until it shows IF it ever does…. I ended up making a claim on my credit card due to not receiving this order. Sadly Im going to have to take this as a lesson learned I guess. 😭
