Worst experience of my life, after 2 months I still didn't receive my package, but I got fully charged and the company blamed it on the shipping provider without taking responsibilities. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Really speedy at getting any changes made to designs. The quality of the jumper and embroidery are incredible-I get so many compliments! I’ll definitely be ordering from here again!
Seeing my mum unwrap this on Christmas Day was a delight. She was thrilled with her customized sweater featuring her boys, Billy and Bear. The service team was incredibly efficient, making sure every detail was flawless. I would wholeheartedly recommend this, 5 stars 🌟.

While the final product is appealing, I don't feel it justifies the cost. It seems somewhat exaggerated, capitalizing on people's affection for their pets. (It doesn't resemble my dog at all.)

Unfortunately, their promotions are misleading, and customer service is nearly nonexistent, aligning with many other reviews. They don't respond to customer emails but manage to send frequent promotional messages with incorrect discounts. This is not what one would expect from a small, growing business. I will be opting for my local embroidery shop instead, which offers much better customer service and lower prices.
