Review Time
Purchased a dishwasher last Sunday in store & was told they would call to book the delivery. I called on Monday as had no call and was told there is no record of the order in the system, even though they have taken payment of over £600. I finally received a call on Tuesday & the earliest delivery slot is the 10th December, 17 days after the order was placed. I requested they cancel & issue a full refund. I have now ordered the same machine from John Lewis with installation, fitting & 5 years cover for £55.00 less than currys. My refund is still pending but I will pay a visit to the store at the weekend if its not there by Friday
Excellent customer service from Gary (Curry's, Coleraine). I purchased a new laptop and Gary was so very helpful and reassuring. He arranged everything and sorted everything out for me. This was such a stress free experience and I really appreciated his expertise and help. Thank you Gary.
