Terrible Customer Service

Visited the mobile phone department on Monday morning 24.11.25. AM, visited this morning with the intention of purchasing a new phone,after waiting to be served for at least 20 minutes being totally ignored by the assistant who it looked was just talking to a friend without complaining or saying a word, we decided to leave when we were very rudely spoken to by the assistant saying that we should go looking for someone else and that he was busy. Surely he should of at least said to us he would be with us as soon as possible or that he would get someone else. This is absolutely terrible customer service and we shall not be returning to this store.

Extremely dissatisfied with the the…

Extremely dissatisfied with the the in-store's return policy. I went Currys at Rochdale on Nov. 24th intending to buy an iPhone 17 Pro Max in Blue, but only Orange was on display/available in-store. I reluctantly bought an iPhone 17 Pro in Blue instead, hoping the screen size would be slightly bigger that the iPhone 13 I was previously using. The Pro was in-store, but not on display.Once home, I realized the phone was too small for me. I had unboxed it but never set it up or used it. I returned to the store the very next day (November 25th) to return it, with the intention of being able to pick/swap for any available Pro Max model/color.I was refused. The staff told me that because the box was opened & because it was in-store and not online purchase, the phone "no longer has value" and they would not accept the return or allow an exchange. I was left stuck with a phone I never wanted and now can't return, all because I opened the box to look at it.A terrible and inflexible policy.

The new serving system works

Very impressed with the VAX, like the new system in play at the store. Served within seven minutes, as opposed to the old system when you could wait for forty five minutes minimum.

A simple and straight forward purchase and delivery from start to finish. Both of the delivery men (Taf & Thomas) were very polite, friendly and extremely efficient. They put the new machine exactly where we wanted it and even took the packaging away.10/10
