Why I like physical shops

Phone died after 4 months. Took it back in, they had a look was nice polite did some test checked a few things. And happily refunded and a just bought a new 1. And that's why I like using physical shops.

I would suggest the salesman was on a…

I would suggest the salesman was on a higher commission to sell a certain brand (tv). He was not that interested in showing me a Samsung to that I had originally asked about.When Sky tv was mentioned, it was strongly suggested I cancelled my current contract and set it up again using someone else name and email.
