Review Time
Bought a De longhi coffee machine no problem. Upon opening i found a chip on the water container so took it back.Explained what my problem was and asked for an exchange ,only to be told they were not allowed to touch it because i bought it via bnpl. I pointed out that they were the retailers so they had an obligation to sort it and was again told they could not touch it. I asked to speak to a manager and the assistant via his radio h.set spoke to one in front of me and asked him to come and reiterate to me what i had alresdy been told. The manager eventually came over and completley ignored me and told the assistant that he could do an exchange but not a refund. The assistant then completed the documentation whilst asking someone else to go and fetch a new machine, he then handed everthing over without an apology or even a please or thankyou. Very dissapointed at the way the whole situation has been handled and made to feel a troublesome customer.
