Review Time
Good range of goods and mostly well stocked items although I did have to pay for time slot delivery. When I went to order my several items to collect in 2 to 3 days which would have been perfect for me, because only 2 items were stock it wouldn't let me order other out items for store collection event though they were available for delivery which was somewhat frustrating. I think this was more down to a site software glitch other than anything else.My order did arrive on time and undamaged due to the good packaging it was boxed in.
Absolutely appalling customer service. Item ordered 12 November. Item still not delivered and confirmed by courier it is lost on 22 November. Had 4 web hats with customer services. On 24 November promised a call back within 48 hrs. No call received and still waiting my refund. Absolutely shocking service
