Honesty

Before asking the customer to be honest in their feedback, try telling your sales staff to be honest and transparent. I was advised by your sales staff that the PlayStation 5 Console (Model Group - Slim) Ghost of Yotei Gold Limited Edition & Ghost of Yotei Bundle was out of stock; however, we can have one here by tomorrow, either in store collection or we can deliver to your home. there was no mention of a £5.99 delivery charge on top of a £429 purchase + £85 insurance. Terrible service.

Staples corner -You see a lot of staff members but they are all unhelpful all I wanted to do was to pay for my airfryer at the tills 9.30am I had to ask 6 members of staff one man said he was in business and dosnt take payments for then one man who was switching between myself and a phone call. So bad

I wish I had done my own research…

I wish I had done my own research rather than relying on their advice! Bought a tv and wall bracket with the help of the currys staff. Left the bracket to be fitted with the builder to find it isn’t the correct one and doesn’t do what we specified we needed it to do. We’ve now got a tv sticking out of the wall rather than fitting flush and the extra cost of paying to have another fitted along with filling in the holes and re painting. When I returned to the store there was very little thought for the trouble caused. Was just met with a sorry you just need to buy another and then bring the wrong one back. Tried to get a new one and they had non in stock so I’m left having to wait for one to arrive then get the builder back to refit it. Thanks for the support currys! We came to you as experts as we don’t have the knowledge and it’s ended up costing us more money than we needed to spend if it was right in the first place!

Beware the price promise they will fight tooth and nail to get out of it. Currys are not always the cheapest.

By all means shop at Currys but don't expect any customer support from them!!

Customer service in store and on the phones is terrible. My laptop has gone back to them for a second time because it wasn't repaired properly the first time. They've now had it for 26 days and still no update. According to their policy I can't get a refund because I didn't purchase their extended warranty. I don't have a laptop and I'm out of pocket.

Worst Customer Service

I spent £3500 on a PC which I paid for Next Day Delivery. Item delivered the next day as promised and within 24 hours the PC was dead. Called Currrys and they collected the computer 2 days later (Friday) and and told me I would have a replacement sent on Monday. Since then I’ve been told it will take 7-14 working days for a replacement item. Worst customer service. I don’t understand why they take so long to exchange an item. AVOID!!!!!

Ordered a washer tried to deliver wrong…

Ordered a washer tried to deliver wrong date, took me almost three weeks to get a refund, luckily I paid via PayPal so was covered.I called them three times I was lied too, saying refund had been processed twice! Would not go anywhere near them again. How on earth they are still trading with customers service like this I don't know.

Abysmal customer service

I bought two electric blankets in Feb 2025 that have both stopped working. I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to get currys to do something about it.I've been passed to several different departments on the phone, who all insist it's another departments problem. The online orders department even arranged for me to return the blankets. I was waiting for DPD to collect them and I got an email to say the collection had been cancelled. They keep referring me to the manufacturer, but currys are responsible for the first year. It really seems like I'm just being messed about in the hope that I give up!
