Late delivery and poor customer service

Do not appreciate ignorance on customer service. Untrained employees with very poor customer service knowledge. Late delivery and even on collections they took almost hour to find the product at Elk mill Oldham Curry's.

I was sold a demo laptop. He said it is one year old, but the data says it is two years old. Also it is registered to someone else, and I cannot resolve that. So reluctant to use Crowd storage because it will not be secure. Other than that (so far) it is OK

Honesty

Before asking the customer to be honest in their feedback, try telling your sales staff to be honest and transparent. I was advised by your sales staff that the PlayStation 5 Console (Model Group - Slim) Ghost of Yotei Gold Limited Edition & Ghost of Yotei Bundle was out of stock; however, we can have one here by tomorrow, either in store collection or we can deliver to your home. there was no mention of a £5.99 delivery charge on top of a £429 purchase + £85 insurance. Terrible service.
