Frustrating ordering system

Sadly after paying for next day delivery our confirmation email received after paying confirmed they couldn’t deliver until the following week. This was done by email so then had to spend 20 minutes on the phone to get it put right and refund the next day delivery charge.The Black Friday discount also wasn’t applied so had to phone back for a 2nd time to get this added. What should of been an easy transaction took over and an hour to sort

The experience of the staff

The experience of the staff, so knowledgeable and helpfull, the 2 chaps that looked after my wife and me where second to none.They saved us hunderds of pounds and the products are fantastic, top draw currys, look after your staff as the 2 chaps who severed us are brilliant you need to keep them on board.
