Terrible experience

I ordered an iPad and Apple Pencil for next day delivery. The iPad was delivered in a disgusting state the box was damaged and there were black and brown marks all over it. Also, the Apple pen was missing from my order. I phoned customer services and they are refusing to exchange the iPad or refund me back my money as they had to open an investigation into the missing Apple pen.

Get your times sorted!

Bought a new phone on the Sunday. Was told it would arrive and be ready to collect 12pm Wednesday. Arrived at 12pm to be told it’ll be 2pm? 2pm came, and guess what? No phone. Finally got sorted and away at 4:20pm.
