The items purchased are completely different from what claimed on the web site. The quality is just Chinese junk, the size on the jacket doesn’t correspond to the actual size. More than two weeks to receive this crap. To make is short it’s wasted money.
I would not recommend anyone ordering from this company. I placed an order September 30, 2025. Order was supposed to ship within 7 days, but after 30 days I emailed the home office. 45 days later I submitted a CC claim to refund the order and still no response. CC payment has yet to be canceled, so I sent another request to cancel to days ago, still no response. I figure my money was stolen...DO NOT order from this company
I really appreciate the majority of the product range offered, but the shipping costs and delays have limited my purchases. I'm also disappointed that my promo code didn't get applied, and I'm unsure of the reason. If that issue gets resolved, it would definitely make me happier.
I ordered a dark brown coat, but they sent me a red one. Their mistake has led to frustrating back-and-forth regarding an exchange or refund. Don't waste your time!!!
The coat is also poorly made and won't zip due to missing teeth on the zipper. I'm really upset.

This service provided me with a return address that turned out to be nonexistent. I spent $21 to send an item back to California, only for it to be returned to me. This is the worst experience I've ever had online. I initially paid $21 just to receive the item. They claim to accept returns, but it's a misleading advertisement. Avoid this seller; consider yourself warned!
This was my first and last experience with the company. I placed an order for three items on December 10, and the charge was processed the same day. I tried to cancel the order before receiving the 'order shipped' notification, but was informed it was too late to do so. The order finally arrived on December 29. Unfortunately, all three items are undersized; the XL fits more like a M, and the 2XL is closer to an L. None of them fit the intended recipients.
The coat I was interested in looks fantastic. However, I'm quite disappointed because I used PayPal for the payment, and when I returned to confirm my order, it had automatically gone through without my approval. I missed out on a 15% discount that I intended to use. I wasn't certain about purchasing today, but it seems I have no other option now.
The customer support has been incredibly disappointing. Communication was solely through email, and it took weeks to receive a response regarding my order. It remained in 'processing' for an extended period, and I became concerned after three weeks without any shipping confirmation. I requested to cancel the order since it hadn't been processed yet, but a few days later, I received a reply saying it was too late to cancel because it had shipped. More weeks passed with no order in sight! No delivery confirmation at all. I reached out again via email, as there was no phone number available. They claimed my package was delivered to my front porch on November 4, but that was untrue! There was no package delivered, and my mailman always leaves deliveries in the garage. I contacted them again to resolve this issue. They insisted they had tracking that proved delivery, but the tracking number did not match what was provided earlier. No package, no refund. This service feels like a scam. I am extremely disappointed!
