Buyer beware the mystery box deal that they offer is bogus. The offer is for four items for $99 for five items for $149, if they were to send you a skirt set one which is sold on their site as a set they considered that two separate items I said to say you’re not getting four items nor 5 items as promised, you might get two items. you might get three, but you will not get what they advertised

I ordered a white jumpsuit over three weeks ago or more and I contacted these people and they said it was being shipped end of July. To date I’ve not received anything or any shipping information, I think I’ve been scammed and I’m really upset. I will never buy anything from these people again, plus I’m out over $100.

I purchased an order that I never received and everytime I contact this company, there is an excuse of why I have not received my purchase. Now, I'm told I cannot receive a refund, but offered store credit. Why would I want to order something else? Do not get fooled by them!!!

I wish I'd read these other reviews prior to ordering from Cutely Covered. I ordered an outfit on May 23rd. for a trip I am taking July 8th. Originally the shipping information said 3 to 5 days, after a week went by, I checked the site again, and turned into delivery at the end of July. I complained to the company and asked them to cancel my order. They replied with a tough luck response. Do NOT order from here!

I was very disappointed tolearn that even if an order wasn’t received when I was initially told it would, they can tell you that it’s on pre -order and you just have to wait about 4 weeks. I was very disappointed because I wanted a full refund of my payment . Please be aware that they don‘t offer refunds even in the event that they Do Not keep their commitment to having the item and delivering it in the time promised. So I suppose I should place another order using my store credit that takes a long time to be delivered, and just start the whole waiting game over again? I just purchased another outfit from another company for my event and I’m still waiting for my Cutely Covered item.

I ordered two items from Cutely Covered on May 31st of this year. The first item shipped in a week but was poorly made and ill fitting. The second item was a pre-order that was supposed to ship in "late July."It's August 5th and I've received nothing. Not even a response to my email sent in July 25th to inquire about shipping. Do not order from this company. They're thieves.

Purchase at your own risk

The customer service with this company is awful. Purchase at your own risk. The quality of the clothing is ok, but getting a response when there is a problem is terrible. It took several months to get a response on items I ordered and did not receive. I ordered some items in Feb and still had not rec'd them in June. I order a set (pant and Jacket set) Pants came, the jacket never came. They finally issued a refund for the Jacket and refused to refund the pants because it was past the7 days! I have the pants without the matching jacket. I would never recommend this company. Great product, poor customer service
