Disappointed

I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter for Christmas last year. I attempted to return them for a different size and was told I couldn’t due to their 7 day return policy. I explained they were a Christmas present and I just wanted an even exchange. I learned the boots were out of stock in the size I needed. I continued to get the run around and to this day nothing from them. So disappointing!

This company needs to be closed

This company needs to be closed. They advertise like crazy with images of amazing clothes and accessories. I finally placed an order for one item (a $76 cardigan) that appeared to be in stock. Over a week later, still no indication of a shipment. I decided I no longer wanted the item since I was able to find the same thing cheaper and readily available to ship from another merchant. I couldn't locate their number at first so I emailed them asking for the status of my order and if it hasn't shipped to cancel. No response. I followed up with a call after locating their number on their Instagram page. They advised me that they don't cancel orders. WHAT? They then proceeded to confirm they could only offer store credit - for an item that never shipped! This is legit criminal. This is unethical and I will never, ever do business with them again.

Never Received Goods

I have never received my items or any notification they have been shipped. I have reached out to the company but have not received a response. I have now disputed my purchase with my Platinum Amex card since the goods have not been received after placing my order just shy of 30 days ago.

Item never received, check cashed for a preorder

PREORDERED a jacket that was to be shipped 04/2024. Contacted them, they claimed item was shipped in September 2023. To date, I have not received my item, the post office also said that item with the item # they gave was never received from them. They refuse to help me, also said to check with my neighbors! Frauds do not order from this scam site. Order # cc92421

no store credit for returns as promised

I received my Items as expected but I did not like the way one of the items fit so I returned it. They only offer store credit. I confirmed through shopify that my return was received from the store rep and that it was being processed. 2 months later still no store credit and the chat in spotify has been disabled. They have yet to respond via their email address. Terrible customer service and $100 lost.
