Disappointing

I purchased a bundle for my small business which arrived and I was super happy. I didn’t hesitate to recommend and re order. I ordered in May and long story short, it is now September. Apparently my order has been resent 4 times but not one has arrived. Requested a refund which has also never materialised. I can’t understand how they wouldn’t ensure they used tracked delivery after the first 2/3 never arrived?They didn’t reply to messages unless I commented on one of their posts, which was then removed. Anyway, super disappointed. 😢

1 star is too generous

1 star is too generous. I wish I'd seen these reviews before purchasing. Received order. Items missing & spelling mistakes. Contacted seller was advised these would be reprinted & sent with missing items. Never received and does not responded to messages.

Never received order!

Ordered on the 1st August and today is 21st August and still not received my items. I messages the seller on 15th and she said she was away at the moment and will check when she’s home. Still no message from her regarding tracking or where the order is. My listing has also been removed from her website meaning I can’t get my refund. I needed these by 14th August, so I ordered 2 weeks in advance for my product launch. Awful manners when I messaged her and I definitely should have checked the reviews first!

Disappointment

We took advantage of the ‘flash sale’ bundle offer and purchased some items for our small business on 7th August.On 9th September, we contacted them asking for an update on our order and whether tracking information was an available, we never received a response. On 17th September, our order was refunded and no explanation given as to why. The absence of communication since placing our order was disappointing. To see the business constantly advertising but ignoring customer’s messages was frustrating from a paying customers perspective.We love supporting other small businesses as much as we can but unfortunately, we will not be recommending this one to others.Please don’t be hooked in by their “offers”!!

You get what you pay for!!!

Can’t leave reviews on their Social Media. Speaks volumes!!!!Don’t waste your money. Don’t be tempted by the cheap offers. Don’t fall for it. True saying. You get what you pay for! Cheap cheap cheap. Waited a month for a stationary bundle, and still waiting on business cards. Order was placed in JUNE!!!! I had to constantly get in touch to find out what was happening with the order. It was only when I saw my stationary being flouted on their FB page, I knew it had been done. Long story short- it arrived. And to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The stationary is clearly done on an inkjet printer. And then guillotined. Quality of the photos, logo, text was shocking. Grammar incorrect, and I did ask them to fix this after seeing the mockups. I’m all for supporting small businesses and females in business, but Daisy Doodles really needs to perfect their craft and STOP with the relentless social media advertising. Clearly inundated with sucking in small businesses with their cheaper than cheap advertising campaign. Safe to say I won’t be using any of it for promotional content. I wouldn’t embarrass myself by handing this out. Oh and if you’re reading this Daisy Doodles, you can keep the business cards.

Who blocks a customer before they receive their order?

Worst customer service. My order has not arrived and they have blocked me on social media( it's the only contact I have with them via my business page) They have switched of their review section which I only came to notice when things started going wrong i.e they printed my flyers and busniess cards sent it over without colour checking it. I asked for it to be redone, they apologised and said they'll do it over. It's been over a week since and still nothing has arrived although they promised it'll be here last weekend. I contact them that they have not doubled checked with me re the colours before sending the amended product, they quickly send me a picture of it, only to find that my logo colours are still not correct. They now have gone and blocked me before my order has even arrived! Who does that? I am now notifying my bank to get my money back. Total scam. Initial order placed June 25th

I placed an order with Daisy Doodles, taking advantage of the £5 offer that was advertised. I sent over my logo and a description of how I wanted the business cards to look – communication throughout was clear and thorough.Although delivery took around two weeks, I understood that this could be due to both production and postal delays, which are often outside the seller’s control.When the products arrived, I was really happy with the quality – they turned out exactly how I’d hoped. I’ll definitely be placing more orders in the future!

Well what can I say

Well what can I say? Worst company ever. I was sucked in to buy a product, when it took two weeks and still hadn't delivered, I messaged to ask if I can have my refund and then Daisy had said that she would get it over to me right away. Still haven't received a refund and the order was placed in June! Sent countless messages asking for it. Didn't want to do this but feel that someone should be aware to not buy! I was told they were on holiday till the 8th August! Asked again for a refund, no answer a week later!
