As others have said, one star is generous.
Order not received, poor communication and just pure lies.
Luckily my order was small as I’m not hopeful for a refund.
I wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering!

TERRIBLE!!!

TERRIBLE!!!SCAMMER!!!Do not be hooked by their deals products never turned up never provided a design as promised blocked my partner’s account who tried to chase up order and continuously fobbed off or not replied to. Spent £50 with this business and never received orders a month on.

I honestly would give zero stars if I could. They reached out with an offer for a bundle to my small business Instagram - through the DMs - so I purchased. I reached out to inquire about tracking and they said it was dispatched - even though the tracking number hasn’t updated. I reached out a month later and requested updates and was ghosted. When I requested a refund a few weeks after they responded immediately (and rudely) saying the holidays cause back up, but earlier they said it was already dispatched? I try to be understanding with small businesses as a small business downer myself, but not responding or giving truthful updates is not appropriate. 0/5. Rude and also not truthful.

1 star is beyond generous. Poor customer service, no items received, no refund, threatening behaviour towards myself when calling them out on their poor behaviour. AVOID

Like several of the other reviews I would like to make it clear NOT to buy from this business.SCAMMER!!!Purchased from this small business and I was told I would receive the order in two weeks time. Three and a half weeks later - nothing. I asked politely for an update but was ignored for over a week even though they were posting on their Instagram stories. Finally, I received a response of them promising to send me a replacement. This promise was not fulfilled - typical. After 5 weeks from placing my order I requested the order be cancelled. The business continued making up lies and excuses such as "there are police in our office investigating and we can't get in".So, now that I have been refunded, I have decided to write a review to attempt to protect other small businesses from this vile business.

Waste of time

Our small start up business placed an order on 7th August 2025. We went for the “starter bundle” for £15. Communication was quick and a link was sent for payment. Payment was made and we heard nothing for a few weeks. We sent an Instagram message as it dawned on us, we hadn’t provided any contact details or preference as to what was going to be included on the design and we also requested an update on expected delivery. We received a response 6 days later, advising us that our order would be sent after the bank holiday weekend. The weekend had been and gone and no sign of our order, but we still also hadn’t provided any preference or contact details for our business cards (wasn’t sure how the whole process worked and she certainly didn’t keep us right). Sent another follow up message a week or so later, requesting an update - no reply. While we were waiting patiently on a response / update on our order, she was actively advertising further “deals” on social media rather than focusing on the orders and payments already received. Still no response to our last message when we receive an email confirming a refund will be processed?! that was great, saved us a job because that was definitely our next step. We received NO further communication and the refund was in our account this week. Absolute waste of everyone’s time and would not recommend at all. Don’t know why she continues to advertise on social media when she can’t keep up with the paying customers she already has confirmed. Don’t like to give people a bad name but this was bang out of order.

Doesn’t even deserve a one star

Doesn’t even deserve a one star. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a business starter bundle. Communication was good to begin with, replying to all my messages but once payment was received the service was terrible. Never responded to my messages until I posted on her social media page, said she completed my order and posted it but never received it. Why post deals on social media and not complete them? Won’t even let you leave a review on her social media to warn others not to waste their time.
