Initial installation was great, but after that they’ll ignore you. They said I had an initial 2 year warranty with deege… absolute joke. I’ve emailed several times regards my data logger not working and they don’t bother replying. When I was buying, they replied every day. This fault I have could be a quick or cheap fix by replacing the data logger, but I wouldn’t know because deege don’t want to know. They’ll take your money and run.

Although having my installation date moved several times and as frustrating as It was I understand the solar industry over the last 18months or so has been in high demand and has caused push backs But I can honestly say I’m so happy with my solar system that was installed Deege solar have be so helpful along the way Special mention to Richie the roofer a really polite man and so professional Many thanks Hanifa Hafiez

Had a great experience with this company. The panels fitted to my house are excellent. From the minute I made an enquiry, the customer service was excellent. They were in constant communication and kept me aware of everything going on. The guys that came to my house to fit the panels were very friendly and very professional. Would recommend

After being pushing back 5 Times due to stock issues I was told Spoke to the MD David about the situation and was give bird protection as a goodwill gesture I can happily say my install is now finished and fully working I’ve got 20 panels and a Solaredge system with a Eddi installed it’s been working for a few months now with no problems Although I was pushed back I’m extremely happy with everything overall Thank you Deege Solar
