Avoid

Avoid. Was supposedly shipped from China . Tracking information stated delivery had been attempted and then recorded item as stolen. No record of attempted delivery on my security camera and I had not contacted anyone to say I hadn’t received it so tracking info was fabricated. Asked for refund but told once it had left the warehouse it was out of their hands so couldn’t refund it but would send another one . This didn’t happen and they are now not responding to emails. Complete waste of money .

Very Impressed.

I bought two brushes for my nieces and they loved them. Using the brush takes a little bit of time to get used to but the results were definitely worth it.

Cheap rubbish

Company doesn’t make it clear that the product is coming from China. Extremely poorly made. Feels cheap, bristles are all over the place and it turned up already damaged. Cheap packaging so you can’t trust it’s not a return that’s been repackaged and redistributed. Honestly baffles me that companies are allowed to mislead and charge a lot of money for a product that’s barely worth a pound.

Suggests it is a UK business, brushes are shipped from China. Ordered on 19th, still not received at date of review (29th.) Asked for a refund and heard nothing in response. Avoid - same brushes are available on Amazon.
