I've been a member for quite a while and I renew because I love it. I get a box of surprises every month and the products are so good. I do get spicy things I don't use but I get my friends to! Delivery is great. Surveys didn't work well on my tablet and they fixed the issues as soon as I told them. I also bought two advent calendars this year. I think the wide range of high quality products is a win! They also listen to feedback for them to improve the service.

Only 4 products I could use and even then they are not generally something I would buy. Very disappointed as I was expecting something much better. The box was mainly spicy items. A box of pringles which arrived smashed to pieces. I have cancelled the subscription, however it was not an easy to find process.

I always get excited when my Degusta box arrives, looking forward to the vast array of surprise products. Delivery is prompt and packaging faultless and I even like giving my opinion on the ones I try, especially if it is something new to me which I know I will buy again.

Terrible customer service - box not delivered. Then they charge me for a replacement which I have also not received. I have left 2 phone messages and emailed 3 times and they haven’t had the courtesy to reply to me, let alone refund the amount charged without my authorisation. Do NOT deal with this company - they have no customer care or service.I see you've responded - that's taken 4 months!!! So this is absolutely how awful your customer service is. Don't buy from this company is my advice.
