I ordered two calendars this year in September ( I get one every year but this year I ordered my daughter one as well) . My advent , the international one turned up however my daughters never arrived. I have sent numerous emails, tried phoning, left messages via social media but have had no response and still no advent calendar. Worst thing is I keep getting emails offering it at half priceNow as they have their ‘last few remaining’!

Ordered an advent calendar back in October, still has not arrived. EVRI just says they are still expecting the parcel. Have tried contacting Degusta with no response. Absolutely shocking company; what's even worse is they are still advertising the advert calandar! SCAM.

I ordered the advent calendar but it arrived smashed and leaking over my floor (and the rest of the calendar was ruined). I contacted them for a replacement, sending photos. After ten (TEN!) days, they replied asking for photos in a different format, which I sent. Since then, radio silence, no refund and it doesn't look like I'll be getting a replacement in time for Christmas.There is NO way to contact this company. Their phone lines are disconnected, they do not reply to web forms, Facebook messages or emails. I have had to resort to a chargeback with my credit card company.This has all the hallmarks of a company in serious financial trouble - I would advise against using it unless you are VERY covered with your credit card.

Charged twice for advent calendar which never arrived. Customer services phone line permanently closed, although they claim it to be open. Only way to contact them is through their online portal. If lucky might get a response within a week and then they ignore your messages. Doesn't look like I will be refunded anytime soon so Degustabox box have essentially stolen my money and won't even get back to me about a refund. Happened to many other customers also. AVOIDUPDATE: after almost 3 months Degustabox have decided to get in touch with me. Sadly they are not able to locate my order even though I paid twice for the calendar and can show this through bank statements. It does not make sense to me why a company such as this is not able to locate an order by anything other than an email address? Once again, there is no way to get in touch with them apart from their unresponsive customer service portal. There is clearly no one manning their phone lines.
