Review Time
Disappointing - we’ve had a few boxes which were always good and a nice surprise every month but the January one AWFUL - decaf teabags, flaxseed, lentil pasta, granola and ‘no sugar/dairy’ milk - I’ve cancelled our subscription, ideally suited for vegans, vegetarians & dairy free… box still sat on our dining room table, we’ll donate it to a foodbank
Normally very good at arriving in the predicted timeframe. However the December box is delayed until 8 January…due to the holidays?! Christmas is hardly a surprise and this means they’ll sit in the money for well over a month…not impressed by this…
Absolutely no customer service. I had ordered from Degusta before, and was happy with the products. However, a package with an advent calendar due to be delivered in November got lost, through the fault of Evri, not Degusta. Nevertheless, Degusta took weeks to reply to my messages, and instead of consulting with me as to what I wanted to do, which was to cancel, refused me that option, re-ordered the package, to arrive way too late for an advent calendar but worse still, to arrive at a time when there'll be nobody in the house to pick it up as everyone was away for Christmas. A complete shambles. It's ok if things go well, but the most basis customer service, such as a reply, would have been good. I will NEVER order from Degusta again. I've never experienced online shopping with zero customer service before.
