Review Time
I tried to cancel my order after 10 minutes of paymen, they didn't respond for 2 days. I reported them to PayPal to get my money back. They responded with "We already shipped" but when I checked their website, there isn't anything shipped so far. Be extremely careful and don't buy anything from them.
I’d give it zero stars if I could. Shipping took more than 6 weeks. Product is clearly a cheap knockoff. And they offered a $4 refund on a $25 product. Also couldn’t return because I was missing a code that THEY did not put in the package. When asked for a website to review the return policy, they sent a link to defunct page. Horrible product, awful customer service. Save yourself the hassle, and DO NOT order from here.
I placed my order for Doll 10 foundation on 6/8. Per my confirmation email, I was supposed to receive an email when my product shipped. I never received an email. My product finally arrived today, 7/12. However, the product I received is not Doll 10. It's a knock off. I will never order again.
Beware of this company, ordered Doll make up on June 4 th and it is over a month later and still no shipping on it. I have contacted them twice with a response that they have contacted the shipper to update the info which I do not believe. If I knew this was an overseas company I would have never ordered. Beware before placing an order with them!!
I purchased the "Mushroom Kingdom Dungeons and Dragons Dice Set." The product does not match the pictures shown on the website. In the photos, the dice had flush sides, which would allow them to be rolled properly, but the product I received had numbers that were raised above the surfaces, which makes it impossible for them to settle like dice should. And customer service has refuses to refund me for my purchase. It seems like this is all a big scam. BEWARE of making ANY purchases from this company.
If I could give it a negative zero I would. I wish I would have seen this before making a purchase to this lack of integrity company. My order was definately a knockoff of an original product and had bad grammar and made no sense on the positive affirmation cards. They asked for pictures which I sent and they said they dont see anything wrong with them and to give them away to someone if I dont want them. So I apparently will not be getting refunded even though I asked how I could retun them. I guess at this point I am worried about a breach on my credit card and now have to look out for fraudulent charges. So sad there are crooks in this world
Order those smart sensor lights from them never got them they said they were delivered the tracking number they had doesn't mess with anything the Postal Service would even have so I don't know whose lying on this one but I never got what I paid for and try to go through PayPal but they said it was too late don't figure it out cuz they were supposed to be here January 28th and I never got them at this address
