Never again

I ordered small ornaments on Deember 5th thinking surely I will receive them by the 25th. I was wrong! I did not receive them until January 3rd when Christmas was well over. Customer service kept tell me to wait-they were coming. I will never order from them again.

Advice: don’t order from this company

I ordered Christmas ornaments weeks ago. I still have not received them. They overcharged me and I had to message them and ask why. They did credit my account, but if I had not caught their mistake, I’m not sure they would have. The ornaments are actually being shipped from China, The updates are few. I email and have to wait days to get a response. I would advise everyone to not order from this company. Dave yourself the stress!

Exact same experience

Reading the reviews sounds exactly like my experience. I ordered friendship Ornaments mid December and still don't have them. Tracking number has no movement, details,location, etc. No estimated delivery date either. Customer service just says "please wait." I escalated to a PayPal dispute. It's sad that Facebook allows these scammers on their website.

Ordered the elephant ornaments(5 of them) on December 5th. Today is January 30th- still waiting- tracking says they’re sitting in Chicago since Jan 3rd! Not to mention they charged me incorrectly.Horrible company, buyer beware.

I wish I had checked this website before ordering! I ordered Sisterhood Ornaments. Like other reviewers, the order did take MUCH longer than expected! When it did arrive I was very disappointed to realize that 'assembly was required' ~ It did come with a bead, jute, bag but had to be assembled. I had ordered several for friends, what a pain!Won't be ordering again!

They got me

They got me. Ordered "Friendship Elephants" and keep getting "tracking" numbers that lead to nothing. Working with Paypal to get my $48 back. Instagram pushed their ad hard.

I ordered the sister ornament

I ordered the sister ornament. I saw the ad on Facebook. I will never order that way again! The tracking said it was delivered on 11/24/24. I never received it. I told them so and all I'm getting in return is that it was delivered. I said I wanted my money back and am not getting a response. TOTAL SCAM!!

Do not order from this company

If I could not have to give them 0 stars, I would. Ordered, and up to the point of submitting the order, it showed I would be billed in CDN. Wrong. Billed as USD, and they added an charge not shown as I was checking out. Upon trying to contact the company to tell them this and wanting to cancel, I couldn't. NO response to email. No ability to track the fictitious order number they provided. Email bounced back - hence never heard back from anyone about cancelling. A friend suggested PAYPAL which I used to pay. Upon their connection to the company (operating as COOLLSLLYs Co.Ltd) - they responded. First, said there was no error. Then apologized for a 'system' error for the 'extra charge', and tried to offer a refund. I DECLINED. After finally receiving the 3 items, 1 was damaged. They finally said "return it, pay shipping and you'll get your refund".Yet shipping will exceed the cost of the item itself. SO frustrating. Pay pay offers purchased protection on the item itself, not the transaction costs, and subsequently, will be closed - and forced to deal with my Credit Card company. Don't deal with this "Delicaten' company.

I received an empty box

I received an empty box, no items or receipt. They will not replace or refund. Bad customer service. Trying to get PayPal to refund my payment.

Complete scam

Complete scam. Invoice showed $31, I was charged $38. I emailed them within an hour of placing the order and seeing the charge and told them I wanted the order cancelled. They claimed the overcharge was an "error" and refunded me the difference. I replied that I wanted the order cancelled. It was not, and five days later the order shipped, telling me I was too late to cancel. Since then I've discovered they play this 'error' all the time and clearly rely on folks not checking their accounts. I received the item and it's absolute junk. I've disputed with my credit card company and will follow up with the BBB.
