Inferior quality

Ordered check stock. The printing was positioned higher then prior order. Bank is still accepting, but appearance is subpar. Perforation is inferior, difficult to tear stub off cleanly. Paper is thin and poor quality. Deluxe overall quality has deteriorated over the past year.

It was a pain in the ass to navigate the web site. I hope the checks are good. All I wanted was basic checks. Not to be sent all over the place to sell me stuff I didn’t need.

Order placed on 7/29Bank charged on 8/5 - no invoice, no shipping confirmation. Now I'm wasting my time trying to figure out if the order was received or what's going on. Your product is way too expensive compared to alternatives for this. Order Number: 637142088Awesome - the response received to this review was to waste more time in an attempt to get through to a customer service rep. I tried that already - the response was "the order hasn't billed yet". Pretty sure I'm done with Deluxe.

The order wasn't processed for over two…

The order wasn't processed for over two weeks. I had to talk to two customer service reps. The original order was supposed to have been canceled and redone as a rush. We received duplicate orders, same check numbers, charged twice. Refund was issued.
