paid a lot for 2 day shipping and it took over a week to arriev

i paid a lot for 2 day shipping. Placed the order on a friday with the understanding that the weekend did not count. I called the following week on thursday to find out that the item was still in production and had not been shipped yet. They mentioned that it normal did not did that long in production. No one offered me a refund for my shipping or apologized for the delay. If i paid extra for shipping then i would assume that production would be rushed as well.

Something is Very Wrong at Deluxe

Something is Very Wrong at Deluxe. I placed an order for business checks on the 11th and paid for expedited shipping. Upon viewing their website a week later it showed 3 orders and two were dated 7/15. I called Deluxe and was told my order had a processing issue and was cancelled then reinstated and had been shipped USPS 7-10 days with no Tracking! I informed the representative that I needed those checks sooner and thats why I paid for expedited shipping! She responded they normally dont ship exepedited on the quantity of checks I ordered...I told her I don't care how you "normally' ship I paid for expedited. This same thing happened when I ordered my personal checks, I paid for expedited, they sent them standard and they were lost in the mail with no way of tracking them. Something is very wrong with order management and production at Deluxe.
