Review Time
I have a business checking account and ordered checks May 30th. After numerous calls and reorders I finally received my checks today July 25th!!! This was not acceptable. Also they made sure and took the $110.66 out of the account back on June 6th even tho I still had no checks.
Wouldn't accept my log in- turned out it was because I was still logged in from setting up account- but took a longgg time to figure that out.Also, promotion suggested a 20% discount which I chose but didn't get- it also suggested I qualified for free shipping (but maybe it was because it seemed my order was going to be larger at first)
The shopping cart does not provide enough information. I frequently have to leave items in my cart to obtain an internal PO before submitting. I cannot tell what I've already entered, i.e. deposit stamps, I couldn't find which ones, there is no account associated with it on the Shopping cart list. I just deleted everything & started over.Also, some of our checks are to be packed as reverse order and that is not always happening.
