Review Time
For a start, I tried to order online but their website kept telling me that my checking account number was invalid???? So I ordered the checks through my CU.Their (Deluxe) emails says my checks were sent 5/01, we are 05/14, still no check. I tried to confirm on the website but the website could not find an order? Their customer service is inexistent. Very frustrating company to work with, I wish my bank worked with another printer.
The ease of reordering and the delivery were great, as always. What was disappointing this time was the quality of the checks. The weight of the paper and the print are not as they were from our previous orders. To some, these may seem like minor differences, but to us, they seem cheap.
