There was a mistake with my check order and honestly i am not sure if it was my error or Deluxe check. The checks were printed from another account we have but not the one we needed . The customer service representative I spoke with was very helpful and she placed another order no questions asked.
This is the second time I ordered personal checks from this company. Their numbering system is off. Gave them another chance but no more. Today I ended writing check #2305. Next check started with #2331, not #2306. All my checks are kept together so I am organized.
I followed the shipping information and saw my check order was returned to Deluxe. I called Deluxe and they said orders cannot be sent to a POB. Why wasn’t this caught at the order stage? The system is computerized, so why didn’t the program detect the POB address? The checks took 10 days to arrive rather than 4 days, delaying payments I had to make.
Shipping is insanely expensive on top of the already overpriced, expensive product. Half the discount codes don't work or are so specific, it is nearly impossible to achieve the requirements without spending an insane amount of extra money making them worthless.
