Over priced for the quality. I opted for my logo to be put on my checks, I submitted a colored logo, I expected a colored logo on my checks. No such luck. The logo is printed in black and white or greyscale. I could have saved a lot of money and printed my own checks at home. There was no proof to view and no mention of the logo not being printed in color. I won't be buying from here again.
The options for customization and also the checkout process seems to be intentionally complicated so as to make the customer likely to spend more money out of frustration rather than choice. Honestly for a company that should be about securing the customers info and money I feel less secure knowing that they’re trying to get more out of me than necessary! I hope to see major improvements in the future.
Checks did arrive in the estimated window. Deluxe sent a nonexistent tracking number and we had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with Deluxe just to confirm that the order had shipped. The white band across the check bottom looks amateurish even though Deluxe described the change as a feature.
