Had what I needed. Ordered two self-inking stamps. Both work well. My only suggestion is that they offer larger text options, or easier to understand text options in case I ordered the wrong stamp. Only needing two lines on the stamp the text appears a bit too small. Should have option of increasing text size if only getting two lines.
The 60% coupon timed out and I could not get it back. I spent 20 minutes on chat and they told me to call. The person I called (Katlin I think) was nice, but kept chatting and not solving the issue. I just wanted the code so I could finish checking out. She also told me that the "special" for $168 was for 1,000 envelopes when it was for 2,500. Very frustrating
We had used them previously but service has deteriorated dramatically. Poor customer service. Lost an order where the box was tampered with in early January so we had to close bank account. Next two orders they also lost despite promising expedited replacements. When we called no one really cares. No responsibility on the tracking or helping. Moving on to better options who care about getting products safely to thie customers
