Poor Servixe with no follow through

Your online ordering system purged our suite number, so the original order was not delivered. We did not receive any notice and it took an extra week to track down why our order was not delivered. When we reached your customer service agent, they promised to reship 2 day service, but the shipment went out ground, so we are three weeks on and still no delivery.

This was my second order of checks and…

This was my second order of checks and they rotated the logo from what I sent. So this time I wanted to make sure they printed it correctly. I sent specific instructions when I sent email with logo to rotate the logo so initials were sideways, (and email logo signature that I sent with the email shows it the correct way and I cited it as an example. They still sent the logo the wrong way and this time they also sent the check without the holes punched in the checks. Very dissatisfied.
