Review Time
I ordered a deposit stamp back in January. This is the end of February. I have called several times to find out what is going on and it is always “just about to ship.” One agent offered a follow up email and didn’t come through. This has been a terrible experience.
We ordered our Anniversary seals 1/28/25 order said they would arrive in 7-10 business days. As of today we have not received them. We have called 3 times and all 3 times no one could tell us the status of our order. They also told us they would check on the order and get back to us by the end of the business day. We have never received a call back or an email. Called again yesterday and was told they do not have a completion date for us. I will use another company from here on out. Very poor customer service.
