There was a mistake on my order which they immediately corrected and resent. No hassles or blame game, the initial call taker was knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. Best of all he was able to make the correction on the first call, I did not have to go through layers of "higher ups" to get this issue corrected. My experience was positive through the whole process.
I've been ordering business checks with Deluxe for years. The checks I just received are cheap, thin, practically see through and no longer line up correctly with my printer. Deluxe checks are expensive and the checks I received are sub par. Very disappointed.
