MOST IMPORTANTLY, I AM DISSATISFIED WITH THE FACT THAT I PUT IN A 20% OFF CODE (I DO GET BOMBARDED BY DELUXE EMAILS) AND GOT LESS THAN THE 20% OFF ANY SIZE ORDER THAT I WAS PROMISED. THE GROSS PRICE OF GOODS PURCHASED (PRE TAX/DELIVER/OTHER CHARGES) WAS $551.94 AND WITH MY CODE I GOT A DISCOUNT OF $107.99, NOT $110.39. THIS IS A CLEAR MISCALCULATION...WHAT OTHER MATH IS SCREWING UP IN YOUR FAVOR?I GENERALLY LIKE THE ONLINE ORDERING AND THE ABILITY TO SEE THE CHECK YOU PLAN TO PRINT.I DO NOT LOVE THE PRICING, WHICH IS HIGH, NOR DO I LIKE THE LACK OF A HARD DELIVERY COMMITMENT BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER (I JUST SPENT OVER $700 AND DON'T KNOW WHEN THE ORDER WILL ARRIVE).
