Terrible service. Literally the worst.Ordered checks. Did not come. Instead USPS started sending us individual checks from the batch from various different sorting stations. The box must have broken open?Call Deluxe. They tell us they will send out new checks. We say hold on as we will have to close the account and open a new one with all these checks floating around in the USPS system.We open the new account and give them the number. They tell us they will arrange rush delivery. We call back 2 days later. We are told "we don't do rush delivery, that's not an option". They cannot find any proof the new order was sent out. So they tell us they will send a 2nd replacement batch. It's still not here 2 weeks later. Our calls to Deluxe fall on deaf ears.They don't understand the work it is to set up a new account and have all the client ACHs re-routed to that account. (We have to contact each client....)As a result of the package splitting open, we need new deposit books (purchased elsewhere! as they refused to send us any as a gesture of goodwill), new checks (still not received). We have to get the payroll direct deposit re-configured (multiple calls to the payroll company)Do not rely on Deluxe. They are highly capable of letting you down!!!
