Review Time
I ordered checks, and they do NOT look like the website check design or the last checks we ordered for this account. They now have an awful white stripe at the bottom. I called Deluxe and the agent told me that Deluxe changed ALL their checks to conform to new "rules". Well, I checked all the checks on the Deluxe webpage and that is not true. There are still some types of checks that can be ordered WITHOUT the obnoxious white stripe at the bottom. The white stripe is cheap and looks terrible for our law firm use. I know this is a company policy and not an Arizona statute because I have ordered other checks elsewhere that do not have to have the white stripe. The Deluxe checks are very expensive. The website photo should have been updated or before printing I should have been contacted and told ahead of time that the design had changed so I would have the opportunity to shop and buy the checks elsewhere without that stripe. Now we are stuck.
