Terrible quality control

The logo was printed all in grey and these are not what we ordered, we ordered just like last envelopes but without the window and these are completely different. I specifically uploaded the logo in color and specified address only in grey. What is with the quality control?

Great product

Great product, variety of color/logos/backgrounds for checks; Easy to navigate online site for ordering,Good customer service if assistance is needed,BUT my only complaint is shipping fees in order to receive product is exceptionally high, especially for 2-5 business days compared to normal delivery time 2-7 business days.
