I dislike that I can't see a true image of the check with the proper check starting number that I enter. No where in the whole process does it confirm to me the starting number of my checks. I am left to hope when I place the order that the starting number of the checks that I just ordered is correct.
I've been a loyal customer and always had a discount code. No code existed and the rate was double my normal amount. I called in to inquire about options and the phone rep was not able to look at my past orders and did not have any codes he could offer to reduce my price.
