What a mess!

Original order arrived without ANY bank routine or account numbers…..how that passed any sort of quality control is a mystery to me. Had to go to the trouble of calling to complain and the reorder and WAIT an additional 10 days for the corrected order. Hopefully it has arrived during my absence…

There were no check stubs to accompany…

There were no check stubs to accompany the checks. I assumed this would be included.Very disappointed.Why would you send checks without a register or check stubs?

I was forced to fill in my credit card…

I was forced to fill in my credit card five times as I failed to add the state etc. Ridiculous. Also couldn't copy and paste cc information. Very frustrating no need to have these default settings on the website
