I haven't even received my order yet

I haven't even received my order yet. Had to call to see where it was. Was told the company was out of paper!! Not sure how a printing company runs out of paper and still doesn't have it a month later. Never had any communication from Deluxe other than this survey. Will probably have to look for a new company, which is a shame.

Ordering online is much easier and faster. Your sales reps are all very kind and helpful but it takes much longer. They can be "chatty" and upsell when I really just need to order and go.

Overall user friendly with one issue on coupon for free shipping

Overall user friendly, once I found the tab to reorder.One concern. I also had a code for free standard shipping but could not enter it. It is MY073, for free standard shipping for orders over $200.00. Nor did I read that it could not be used with the $50.00 coupon for orders over $200.00. If I am correct, please credit my charge for the shipping costs. Thank you.
