Not up to usual standards

We received the cards in a timely manner, but the order was not up to par. I clicked red foil lined envelopes, didn't get them. I called to add our return address on the envelope, was told I couldn't have called at a better time to add this, the man repeated that multiple times. I paid for the card paper upgrade but received only about 40 of those...the rest were regular card paper. We usually get plenty of extra envelopes, received 4. Very disappointed this year.

It took forever to get here

It took forever to get here, and it cost to ship. I also ordered a check binder to store the checks… I got the binder, however, it came with no sleeves.
