Review Time
Everything I received was on time and was correct. I just wish ordering was a little bit easier when you need to order checks and deposit tickets for a new account. It took me some time, but I figured it all out. I prefer ordering over the phone, but your salespeople like to talk and push products on me that I do not need.
My package was damaged during shipment and returned to Deluxe. When I saw this on the package tracking screen, I reached out to Deluxe to inquire about the status of my envelopes and asked that they please re-ship my order ASAP. I have received no response in 4 days.
This was our third or 4th order of holiday cards for our business. The cards this year were expertly done and the turnaround time was short.The only suggestion that would get to the 5th star would be to send a "proof" to the customer of the printed card and unique message before going to print.
