Misleading / Deceptive / Scam is the best way to describe my experience with this company...They do not explain clearly what is actually included and trick you into having to pay extra for minor changes that are advertised as included - Lots of recent reviews along a similar nature stating misleading / deceptive advertising. I had to pay for a first draft of the logo in order to download it (resolution was ridiculously low also) so went back in to tweak it as it says unlimited reviews - but wanted me to pay again as it was a "New logo" - definitely a SCAM - will be putting charge back through PP / Credit card as definitely misleading / deceptive advertising - Very hard to get to find out the answers to valid questions and need to know information amongst all the sales sales sales pages and links...and once they have your money you are screwed. Will be reporting to ACCC/Fair trading also - it's only $60, but scamming people is not on. Not to mention the SPAMMING emails tryiong to sell me even more crap....( 18 separate emails in 6 days) - you have been warned.** Update - gave my info (as they requested) for them to look into it - Nothing heard back - so will leave it up to the credit card charge back to look into it.
