URGENT: Lost Account Access & Subscription CancellationI recently edited and downloaded a logo directly from your platform. Since then, my account seems to have disappeared, and I can no longer log in to access or edit the logo. Please assist urgently with recovering my account and canceling the subscription.I have since reported this on July 8th. Simple, Creative, Exactly what I wanted

I have used several other companies to try to create exactly what I wanted in a LOGO. But Design.com is the first to give me exactly what I want! It was easy for me to edit and create what I have envisioned. I am so excited to add the logo to my website. I am currently creating social media links and business cards.

All about money. It's a subscription attached to one logo, so if you then make another logo you then need to pay another subscription. Don't fall for its sweet lies that it's free or cheap
