False advertising at it's finest!!No where on the website does it tell you, that your $60USD subscription plan....allows you only ONE logo design. I was under the impression that for the subscription fee, you could design multiple logos.I wanted to do a few and show my family and friends to get their opinions. Once I got one...it wanted me to pay again.I contacted them as I thought it was obviously something I was doing wrong.Nope...that's it, it's a one and done. I asked them for a refund, said I would sent the logo back and delete my account....to be told no refunds!I wish I read these reviews first, as now I see lots of people have been duped like me.
Horrible. Just horrible. They completely jumbled the letters on my business cards and tried to blame it on me when I asked if I could get them redone. The business cards had the letters completely jumbled up so it was unreadable and I had to throw them out. When I asked for a refund they said they had done it correctly and it was my fault. Do not use this company.
As a small business owner that is no where near competent in website building, the assistance from Customer Support was second to none! I needed assistance with two different things on my website and both were handled extremely fast and effective! Hands down extremely happy that I chose design.com to host my website.
Extremely poor communication. My emails requesting support or answers were ignored, Design.com does not bother to actually READ requests at all, instead they reply by telling you:it is all sorted" when in fact nothing has been sorted.I strongly advise against this company. My experience was great because I had to spend very little time to create the perfect logo for my company and was able to easily pay and checkout without any hick ups. I would use the product over again and recommend to others as well.
