This company is easy to use helps you with everything gives you discount helps you write your logo. They are magnificent. I give them five stars in your company name. You couldn’t come up with a better one for a lower price.
SECURITY ALERT! - Design.com offers no MFA for account security. On top of that, there is no password reset email or even notification; if you are hacked through one of the common brute-force password attacks, you are toast. When I approached them with these security concerns, they responded with things like this: "we rarely receive any issue relating to someone getting into their account and creating changes"And this: "our services are primarily for designing, promoting, and creating various marketing materials for a brand/service through various design templates. MFA is something that's not required when doing such actions." (So people don't care if their brand's marketing materials are hacked? Things that make you go "hmmm".)Even the smallest of businesses must follow common industry practices, and the NIST framework clearly outlines the importance of MFA (Google "NIST small business cybersecurity corner multifactor authentication guidance")If you care about keeping your website or marketing materials safe from attacks, go with a company that understands basic security principles.
Update: the files made available immediately were never opened or used as I explained. Also, your customer service person confirmed that the card I had designed and thought I ordered a print of already had my logo and website address on it and it linked to my websit3e which made my point that I obviously wouldn’t have ordered something I already had.Again, not intuitive check out and don’t count on friendly customer service. Vista Print business cards also had more design tools!___________________Original post:Designed a business card online and ordered a print of 500 for my new non-profit organization.I went to check on the delivery date of my business cards 2 days later and was informed I had been charged for a Design.com pro package and not for a business card print. I informed them the check out process was not intuitive and stated there was an error in the charge.They said NO and that they could refund only a portion of the charge. Very disappointed and designed a better business card at VistaPrint and ordered from them. Incidentally, the package that was ordered in error was for a website and logo design and I informed design.com that clearly I was not looking for that as I already have a website and a cool logo which both were included in the business card I had designed on their site and attempted to order a print run on.
