My Pure White Magnus Pro XL Pure White Desk and accessories arrived within (3) days. Products were so premium I ended up buying more accessories. I hope Secretlab would begin to offer soon their Premium PC Mount, Magnetic Headphone Hanger, Laptop Mount Attachment and Ethernet Cable Extender in Pure White color option. I would buy them in a heartbeat!!!
Received a Magnus Evo desk that was damaged in shipping by the shipper. I reached out to see if the warranty would be honoured which it was. Momo, my agent, was extremely helpful by asking for pictures of the damaged desk, and box, so it is important that you keep everything so that they understand what happened in shipping.
Two weeks later my replacement part of the desk was arrived with zero damage and packed perfectly.
I was very impressed with the timeline of resolution that Secret Lab achieved to have this issue corrected.
Absolutely horrible worst chair i've ever owned without a doubt i've got the omega 2020 and even when i first got the chair the arm rest were wobbly to a really bad extent a week or so ago i pulled the chair arm and it came off and hit me in the face, the other thing about this chair is that it's like trying to move around a Panzer tank it weighs an absolute ton i'm 6'1ft and decently strong but this chair makes me need to catch my breath after moving it all the chair legs have no paint due to this damn thing smashing off everything in site it'll run over your shoes smash off everything as it's just way too big there is simply no need for it to weigh this much i'm extremely disappointed because these chairs are praised for their "Extreme durability" and comfort i can't sit in it for too long without my bottom really hurting or my lower back being in agony it's like sitting on a brick wall it's so hard so really in short £400 or so for overhyped terrible products that only get sold due to sponsorship.
Bought my chair almost 6 years ago now, and only now am I needing to replace the chair arm covers. Secretlab chairs are by far the best quality I’ve ever owned, and I’ll be honest, I’ve only owned 2 before this one because this chair has lasted the test of time so far with no other sign of wear in sight! I recommend secretlab to anyone purchasing a new chair because not only are they quality made, they’re also super comfortable, the warranty is brilliant and they come in all the amazing designs! Honestly can’t wait to upgrade my desk next, fully in the secretlab ecosystem!
I had to replace some worn parts, and honestly, I didn’t expect it to be this easy. The communication was fast, clear, and professional. Some of the parts had even been replaced before, yet they handled everything seriously and without any hassle. The replacements were approved and shipped quickly, no unnecessary back and forth.

Ordered on 28th Jan (Sydney to Sydney deliver) order was collected on the 29th. Then shipped to South Australia on the same day... then it took another 6 days to get from South Australia to Melbourne (Its an 8 hour drive) and yet from Melbourne back to Sydney only took 1 day... Would I ever order from you again? After a simple desk that shouldve done maybe 150kms and taken 3ish days for delivery. Instead took nearly 3000kms and 15 days (Still currently waiting)... No... hell no, I'd go to a competitor who actually values their customers and doesn't use what has to be the WORST delivery company in all of Australia.
Entire process form order to delivery was smooth. Unboxing is unique and worthy a premium product. Assembly instruction and process are simple and clear. Products are quality and meeting their standard with everything described, you are getting what you are paying for . Great attention to details also. Packaging to prevent damage, spare screws, awesome tooling boxes.
I had an issue with the arm rest of my chair feeling flimsy so I decided to contact Secretlab support. I was introduced to Neil who assisted me in uploading my issue, despite only having one of my serial numbers out of the 2 required to submit an online ticket, he helped me put in my request. Neil was understanding and helpful, immediately putting in a replacement order for my whole chair base, despite only the arm rest having fault. I am very happy with how I felt heard, and how I was so quickly accommodated with a replacement.
I had a problem with my chair and I contacted their support. I was impressed by them, they tried to help me solve my problem with guides but when it didnt work they didnt hesitate to send out replacements! And the customer rep, Dessy, was Great. 10/10
