I bought the Rover Standard Collar when my Rottweiler was just a puppy. 5 years and 115lbs later, the collar broke. When I showed Laura the picture. She shipped out a new replacement collar free of charge with expedited shipping. this is truly exceptional customer service. I also have 2 leashes from them and I just bought the Big Ass dog collar. I bought a belt from Hanks a few months ago. The quality of the leather is amazing, but beware of the “warranty “. I measured my old belt exactly as stated by Hanks. When I received the new belt, I noticed I was on the next to last hole on the shorter end. I have since lost some weight and am now on the first hole. I contacted Hanks about my issue and was informed I shouldn’t have worn the belt. In my opinion, they should have attempted to find a solution, but instead I was told it was my fault for following their instructions. Not good!
The quality of hanks belts and craftsmanship is what American products should be, I don’t mind paying for a product that is made well, customer service is extremely helpful, I had made a mistake on my order and Grace was most helpful I will always buy from Hanks.
