When I made the decision to purchase, the order was completed efficiently and the communication re time frame and delivery was perfect. I received an email advising me that my stones had arrived in the country, then more emails to advise of their dispatch from the factory. They arrived just two weeks after the date of my order. Am absolutely delighted with my sapphire and diamond earrings. Great value.

In LOVE with my new ring!!!I ordered a white gold ring with a 1ct marquise diamond and two pear shaped diamonds on the side and it is absolutely stunning! The shine of this ring is impecable! I cant stop smiling!!! Thank you Diamonds Factory NZ
I bought what I thought would be my wedding band from diamonds factory NZ. I went into their store in CBD and Anisha was great with the consultation. She gave us the option to pay 50% of the deposit for the ring I wanted, then pay the final 50% when the ring arrived in store. When I brought it home I realized that the gold of my engagement ring (which was from Canada) was slightly different from this ring. I was nervous to return it as I wasn’t sure if I’d be refunded fully but was really happy with the process. Full refund onto my original payment method and literally no hassle at all. Would definitely trust this business with a future ring purchase.
I love my black diamond infinity necklace. The chain doesn't get caught in my hair and I have not taken it off since it arrived. The customer service was excellent, they responded back to me very quickly. The delivery time was 3 weeks. I am a very happy customer
