For a large price and investment, communication is key. Being unable to contact anyone via phone and with emails not being returned initially, was worried I'd been scammed. I'd suggest improving that side of things but the product arrived and emails came nearer delivery, but it was a bit of a nailbiter. The final product is great, and delivered what it needed to to the giftee.
